Cancellation and Refund

Smartpacey Institute & Technology Solution Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• If Student is not satisfied with our education facilities and envirment, Student can cancel their Admission within 30 days of admission date. And get return fees. After 30 days The admission will not be cancelled / refunded. Basic Courses are not aplicable for refund policy. Admission cancelletion process will be resolved within 45 days. your can trace your complaint status from your complaint id on www.smartpacey.com

• In case of any Refunds approved by the Smartpacey Institute & Technology Solution Pvt. Ltd. , it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
